Coastal Sol is a family-owned and operated food truck located in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Serving fresh flavor, prepared to order to the Coastal Bend since 2015. Owned and operated by the Schneider family, a mother, father, and son trifecta—their passion for cooking comes through in every bite. Coastal Sol offers a rousing take on the eclectic Cubano, Tacos, and Po’Boys, paired with an ever-changing menu of local and seasonal delicacies. It’s truly food for your Soul!

Coastal Sol is committed to offering fresh, homemade eats, made with locally sourced ingredients. Their identity relaunch was built to reflect this mission and also utilized hand-made design elements. The new identity employs custom lettering and woodblock illustrations that complement the hand-crafted cuisine and infuse an overall warmth to the visual identity. The new brand image creates an approachable and welcoming story more aligned with the coastal culture of south Texas and the Schneider family’s values and passion.
